Coming May 1st in Japan, Nintendo will start off its video download service channel known as the Wii no Ma Channel (Wiiの間チャネル). Users will show up in a virtual living room where time passes in real time. From here one can access the video download service and occasion celebrity Miis will come by and introduce to you special programming.
For those with a DSi, you can link it up to the channel and copy over the videos for viewing on the go. For more info and videos of the Wii no Ma Channel head to IGN.
However, it seems improbable for this service to kick off outside of Japan.
