A one-day maid cafe coffee shop opened up last Sunday at Osaka’s signature Tsutenkaku Tower where six waitresses clad in maid costumes entertained the visitors to the tower.
The maids came together from three different maid cafes in the neighbourhood to work at this temporary cafe.
A 40-year-old man waited in line for the cafe to open at 11 a.m citing the reason; ”I want to see the cute smiles of the waitresses. It’s a rare chance to see ‘maids’ from three different shops gathered (in one location).”
Not left out was the statue of U.S created charm doll Billiken, which also donned in maid gear throughout the day.
This one-day maid cafe will also open Saturday.

I have never been to a maid cafe outside of Tokyo. I wonder if there are any differences between them. Would have been interesting..
